Project Background

    At that time (2017), Argos already had clothes dryers on the market, but the original supplier had been fluctuating in product quality and service, and some quality issues had been bothering them for many years without any significant improvement. At that time, the customer contacted several OEM factories, but none of them had a suitable solution. Therefore, Argos urgently needed a company with processing and technical research and development capabilities to continue to provide them with clothes dryers.

Project Effect

    In the early stages of the project, we learned that the dryers Argos needed were to replace the existing dryer products, so they had higher requirements in price, product aesthetics and quality, especially product quality, which was their biggest concern. The replaced product had safety hazards such as leakage, so it was necessary to upgrade the product, so it was more urgent to change the manufacturer.

Customer evaluation

    After reaching the cooperation, the customer was very satisfied with the quality of our products after learning about our production strength and the application of the quality management system of the world's top 500 home appliances. The efficiency of new product development is what customers expect. From the development and production of the first new product, to now, the fifth generation of new products will be launched in the UK market soon.
